Joined a medical-device company with a single page about clinical trials. I led a full repositioning of the brand and site: the company now presents almost entirely as a clinical-research network, with the legacy device line reduced to one footer link.

I expanded a stark two-color palette into a complete system, rewrote the brand guide around the new audience and strategy, designed every page, and built the site myself in WordPress with Bricks. All of it shipped while the company raised its $77M Series C.

UKGLed a team within the in-house creative studio · 7 direct reports

I led a team of seven within UKG's in-house creative studio: five senior designers, a senior copywriter, and a social designer and video editor, supporting brand and campaign work across the U.S. and Europe. I rewrote our resourcing and intake model so the team and the social group operated as one, and won new headcount to do it.

I trained the designers on AI tooling with Adobe Firefly, and moved the team off Ceros onto interactive PDFs built in InDesign, cutting $400K in annual cost without losing capability.

I created and produced "Unpacking the Digital Shelf," a podcast featuring the CMO and VP of Communications that generated pipeline and grew into its own sister brand, the Digital Shelf Institute, with quarterly participation from executives at leading retail and CPG brands.

I produced more than 100 videos a year across the funnel, from web and social to in-app UX and sales. One RFP video helped close a seven-figure deal: a board member on the client side wrote to the CEO to say the video is what convinced them.

I'm a creative and brand leader who builds the whole picture: the strategy, the system, and the work itself. I came up through video and motion and grew into running brand for companies across healthcare, enterprise SaaS, and commerce.

I lead teams and agencies, build the workflows that let creative scale, and still ship the work that matters most. I think in systems, move fast, and care about what the work actually drives, not just how it looks.
